By far, one of the best places I have ever entrusted with my children. The staff is wonderful. They are all very caring and patient with the children. I was particularly impressed with the nursery room. You can definitely tell that the people that work there genuinely love working with babies. Steeplecrest Childcare is by far the best child care facility my child has ever attended! Everytime I walked in to pick my daughter up she was always laughing and smiling and it brings great joy to my heart to see that. She loved it so much that at the end if the day when I went in to pick her up, she wanted to stay and continue her activity and of course I absolutely enjoyed seeing her be so happy. I also loved the beautiful creations she would bring home. Josh is an EXCELLENT director, very attentive and involved. Jessica is an outstanding professional and a true asset to Steeplecrest childcare. She is very communicative and always keeps you updated on your child's day and you can truly see her love for children. The teachers are also wonderful. My daughter had a couple of teachers (Mr. Chris, Ms. Yasmin, Ms. Irene) in her group and they have no problem getting in and playing/interacting with the kids. In past experience at other facilities, I would usually walk in to see the kids playing while the teachers sat by to watch. Each child is treated as their own person which I know to be important because each child is unique. My daughter made many friends and the staff ensures the kids get along very well. I feel like the entire staff at Steeplecrest has become a part of my family and I will always be grateful for the love and kindness they have shown to my child and us. I absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for the BEST childcare.
